i wanted to make a online SQL database.. i don't want the database to be on my HDD so how should i do...any help will be appreciated..

There are hundreds of options for this. I'd suggest you look into online web hosts. There are free web hosts that provide sql databases. Those typically allow you to build your webpage in PHP. There are a limited few hosts that are free and allow you to use aspx. If your wanting a database that you can connect your applications to remotely then I'd suggest looking into virtual servers. GoDaddy has a few very nice options for this.
