Hey guys,

Just dropping a quick hello as I've just joined the site.

I am hoping to move my work completely into the cloud (not following the hype, just trying to change the way I work) after I order a Chromebook in a couple of weeks.

In preparation for that, I came across the site in searching for an online IDE that I can switch to.

So far, looks good.

As I do a lot of Java programming, hopefully Compilr works out as a good choice so I can eventually drop Windows for the development work I do.

It will probably take a while and I'll have a significant dependency on my current systems, but Compilr looks to have some promise, at least in my cursory view so far and hopefully it continues to develop capabilities.

Using a free account so far, but if I like it, I'll quickly upgrade my account.

Regards,

Peter
