Can't build java projects

every project i try to build on here it doesn't work for some reason i'll leave the ide up and building for 30 minutes and it still won't build a simple java app. very annoying
(i'm using school computers)
and the software they are running is synchron eyes (sorry if i miss-spelled it )
any way to fix this?
IDE should build a simple java app within 30 seconds...
What browser are you using?
Have you tried clearing your cache and reloading the IDE?
Do you have any proxy settings set within your browser?
