Are you asking for instruction on how to program in C#? Because that's what it sounds like to me.
While I do attempt to fill every tutorial request, I do not attempt to teach C# from the ground up. That is best learned from a book and through repetition and trial and error.
My best suggestion for learning C# is to download the Microsoft Visual Studio Express, as it's intellisense and other features can often point you in the right direction. That's not to mention the superb training materials provided by Microsoft that lead you by the hand through creating your first few programs. These are easily accessible through Visual Studio's Help menu.
