Building locks on "starting build"

Hi!
I'm trying to code a C# .net 4.0 forms application but:
The second time I try to build the project the build locks on "Building, starting build for.."

Tried to create a new project but it always locks on the same message.

Tried the Chrome Browser and Internet Explorer, logged out and cleaned cache, nothing works.

Hi Jeremi,

Is your project publicly visible, if so which one is it so I can take a look.

I'd like to resolve the issue as soon as possible, it seems like the connection with the backend is dying without giving any response, and thus the ui gets stuck.
